Right now, there are American families—legal citizens—afraid to hear a knock at the door. We will restore American dignity through compassionate and practical immigration reform.

We must move away from the militarization of our borders and communities; I will work to dismantle ICE and reduce our bloated defense programs, and reinvest those billions into our schools, our local infrastructure, and into a humane immigration system.

I will readily fire Kristi Noem and open investigations against her and against every member of Homeland Security who has terrorized Americans and violated our rights.

• Mandated sovereign water level for the Great Salt Lake

• Renew and improve the Colorado Compact

The Great Salt Lake is not only a vital resource, it holds a place at the core of Utah’s identity. Securing our future means restoring the Great Salt Lake and preserving our watershed.

I will work to set a legally mandated water level for the Great Salt Lake. I will work with the state and federal government to improve the Colorado Compact, the inter-state agreement sharing the Colorado River’s decreasing water. I will work with farmers to protect our watershed, safeguarding Utah’s air and water to ensure public health for future generations.

• Overturn Citizens United

• Ban corporate PAC donations

• Crack down on special interests.

I will support the overturn of Citizens United and work to ban corporate PAC donations. We cannot sustain a democracy in which the votes of the wealthy hold more weight than the votes of the working class. We must restore power to the people by cracking down on corporate interests and putting everyday Utahns first.

• Enact federal renter protections

• Expand community land trusts

Housing is a human right; I will fight for federal renter protections to stop displacement and I will work to expand community land trusts to ensure Utah families can actually own the homes they live in.

• Federally codify Roe v. Wade

• Champion "Healthcare for All"

Healthcare is a right. I will champion a universal 'Healthcare for All' system that ensures no Utahn is one medical bill away from bankruptcy. I will also vote to federally codify Roe v. Wade—the government has no business invading a person’s privacy, making personal medical decisions for them, nor should it be able to prevent doctors from giving the highest standard of care.

• “Yes” to Rio Grande Plan

• “No” to Little Cottonwood Vanity Gondola

I am a 'Yes' on the Rio Grande Plan—it is more than a train project, it is the key to removing the barriers that have divided our district’s west side for decades. We have the opportunity here to open the door for massive, sustainable growth and affordable housing. In Congress I will advocate for the Federal funding needed to make the plan a reality.

We must work to expand public infrastructure to further regionalize transportation, distribution, and logistics prior to the 2034 Olympics.

The vanity project to put a gondola in Little Cottonwood Canyon will be a blight on the landscape and a waste of taxpayer dollars while serving very few users. We must preserve the natural beauty of our state and say ‘No’ to this project, and reinvest instead in sustainable, community-first transit.
